The cord is made of soft silk/nylon rope and each necklace features safety release break-away clasp, so they are not a strangling danger; however they are still not recommended for very young children to wear.
Chew Buddy is made from is made from non toxic BPA free Silicone. Chew Buddy pendants can be washed in warm soapy water, and are dishwasher safe.
